On top of reducing the number of plastic bags the bakery gives away, Dinner&#8217;s business is also powered by wind.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Not only does going green help the environment, he said it also boosts business. &#8220;It&#8217;s not purely altruistic,&#8221; Dinner said. &#8220;Somewhere along the line people talk about it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>That talk leads to media attention, which leads to increased sales\u2014all stemming from a reusable grocery bag.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s another spin on this concept. Together with its members and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Minnesota Grocers Association is <a title=\"Reusable Bag Giveaway Minnesota\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mngrocers.com\/go_green.cfm\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">distributing more than 10,000 reusable shopping bags<\/a> to consumers.
