We\u2019ll comment on the outcomes here (and encourage our clients to do the same!). This week, we\u2019ve chosen our Folding Snap Nonwoven Tote and Large Nonwoven Folding Reusable Bag.<\/p>\n

These two bags are popular due to their budget-conscious price point and portability. The Folding Snap Nonwoven Tote is a bit smaller (16″w x 14″h x 3-1\/2″d) than the Large Nonwoven Folding Reusable Bag (15″w x 18-3\/4″h x 7-1\/2″d), but that\u2019s where the differences end.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Both bags are made from 75 GSM nonwoven polypropylene. Most non-woven polypropylene reusable grocery bags will weigh between 70 and 100 GSM (the larger the number, the higher the density and durability). They are also offered in cheery color options: Black, Lime, Purple, Red, and Royal. Additionally, light pink and hot pink are available on the Folding Snap Nonwoven Tote.<\/p>\n

We like that there are two locations for possible imprinting: The front lower pocket (which also appears on the back of the pouch when the bag is folded up) and on the back, which is the larger of the two imprint locations. The imprint area on the pouch is small, and we recommend using a logo that works well in smaller areas OR you could use that location as secondary\u2014for your tagline or additional message, as opposed to your logo. It\u2019s probably worth noting that the standard pricing on our site includes a one color\/one location imprint. You can print in both areas, but there is an additional charge for that.<\/p>\n

\"DEBNW7011-royal_560x560\"<\/a>We like these totes because they are easy to fold and unfold–and the Large Nonwoven Folding Reusable Bag is big enough for a quick grocery store run. However, we recommend seeing a sample of the Folding Snap Nonwoven Tote prior to placing your order, as it\u2019s smaller than one might expect–but great for quick trips to the store. The self-material handles are the perfect length to haul heavier items on your shoulder.<\/p>\n

When printing in multiple colors on the Folding Snap Nonwoven Tote and Large Nonwoven Folding Reusable Bag, there are two options:<\/p>\n

1. Multi-color Screenprinting: This method allows for two or more color screenprinting. We are happy to review your artwork to see if multi-color screenprinting will work with your design. If you require a specific PMS color for your logo, that’s no problem! You can specify the color(s) you would like and we will match the ink as close as possible to the color(s).<\/p>\n

2. Full Color Heat Transfer: Transfers offer close registration, vivid colors, better coverage, and even 4-color process (photo image) capabilities. In this method, all the colors are laid at once (using CMYK color) onto a transfer sheet, which is then applied to the bag with heat. While PMS matching is not available, you can build the CMYK equivalent of your PMS color into the art file and your bags will print in your color. An underlayment is required with a full color heat transfer, but with good vector art it can be die-cut and only visible at close range, resembling a slight \u2018shadow\u2019 around the logo elements. With a non-vector jpg that includes a background color, the underlayment is typically white. The underlayment can be printed as a \u2018box\u2019 around your design, or in some cases it can be \u2018die cut\u2019 around your design.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
