\nEven though Bulletin Bag [.com]\u2018s home base is near the \u201cother\u201d Portland (Maine, that is), we think the theme for this Portlandia skit is right on. A little over the top? Perhaps, but just think about what would happen if everyone reacted this way to a forgetful shopper with no reusable bag.<\/p>\n
