February 15, 2008:  Bulletin Bag [.com]-  in cooperation with Maine State Representative Ted Koffman (D-Bar Harbor) announces plans to hold a state wide drawing contest for school age kids in Maine.  Children will be invited to submit drawings for the contest.  The winning design will be printed on 1000 reusable bags which will be given away for free to raise awareness about the problems with paper & plastic bags.  The bags are made from a blend of hemp and recycled soda bottles and have a retail value of $9.99.  The bags will be paid for by corporate sponsors who care about the environment and support reusable bags.
