PART TIME ACCOUNT MANAGER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Future Bulletins Inc is looking for an experienced  customer service representative with exceptional follow-up skills to manage incoming opportunities from our three websites: Bulletin Bag [.com], Bulletin Bottle [.com] and Funman Promotions [.com].

Our ideal candidate is:

- Detail obsessed and hyper-organized
- Always cheerful and professional in written and verbal communication.
- Extremely proficient with technology (extensive understanding of Excel and Outlook required)
- Able to handle stress and deadlines . . . without getting overwhelmed
- Able to think on his or her toes and figure out ways to get things done for our clients
- A fast learner
- Committed to providing outstanding service to every client

Minimum of two years customer service experience required, preferably in a non-retail environment. Web-based sales experience a plus. Experience with promotional products, marketing and/or graphic design preferred.
